Snakey Launch is a Telegram Mini App. By using it, you are also subject to Telegram's Privacy Policy. This policy only covers what we additionally collect and how we use it.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Snakey Launch, consistent with Telegram's minimum age requirement.

What We Collect

When you open Snakey Launch, Telegram shares your Telegram ID, username, and display name with us. We use this to create and identify your account.

As you play, we store:

  • Game progress -- current level, scores, and attempt history
  • Gameplay analytics -- we record performance data to improve game balance and maintain fair play.
  • Page navigation -- which screens you visit and time spent on each, used to improve the app experience
  • Device information -- basic device characteristics used for gameplay optimization
  • Preferences -- control mode (synced to your account) and audio settings (stored locally on your device via browser local storage)
  • Referral information -- how you found the game
  • Cosmetic ownership -- which skins you own and have equipped
  • Purchase records -- transaction IDs, item purchased, and amount in Telegram Stars
  • In-game currency balance and activity
  • Support messages and bug reports -- messages you send us, along with automatically collected diagnostic context

What We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect your phone number, contacts, location, or photos. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising tools. We use browser local storage for app functionality and preferences.

How We Use Your Data

  • Display your name and avatar on leaderboards
  • Track your game progress and scores
  • Process and verify purchases
  • Respond to support requests
  • Optimize gameplay experience across devices

Payments

Payments are currently made with Telegram Stars and processed entirely by Telegram. We do not see or store any payment method details. We only receive a transaction confirmation from Telegram after a successful purchase.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes. We use third-party hosting services to operate the game; these providers process data on our behalf and do not have independent access to your personal information. The following information is visible to other players on public leaderboards: your display name, game progress, equipped cosmetics, and ranking position.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account exists. If you stop using the game, your data remains until you request deletion.

Data Deletion

To delete your account, contact us via /paysupport with your request. We will anonymize or delete your data within 30 days. Transaction records may be retained in anonymized form for financial compliance.
