Snakey Launch is a Telegram Mini App. By using it, you agree to these terms in addition to Telegram's Terms of Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Snakey Launch, consistent with Telegram's minimum age requirement.

The Game

Snakey Launch is a free-to-play physics game. The base game is free. Optional items may be available for purchase.

Virtual Goods

  • Items purchased with Telegram Stars do not directly affect game scoring.
  • The game includes consumable items obtainable with Scales (in-game currency earned through gameplay) that provide temporary gameplay effects.
  • Virtual goods have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred, traded, or exchanged for real currency.
  • We may modify, add, or remove virtual goods at any time for game balance, integrity, or operational reasons, including in the event of game discontinuation.

Virtual Currency (Scales)

  • Scales are an in-game currency earned through gameplay. Scales can be spent on consumable items within the game.
  • Scales have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred, traded, or exchanged for real currency.
  • We may adjust Scales earning rates or pricing at any time.

Purchases and Refunds

  • All purchases are made with Telegram Stars (XTR) and processed through Telegram's payment infrastructure. Payment terms are additionally governed by Telegram's Terms for Bot Developers and Telegram Stars Terms.
  • Purchases of digital content are final once delivered to your account.
  • Refunds are issued for technical failures where purchased content was not delivered. To request a refund, contact us via /paysupport with your transaction details.
  • If we are unable to resolve your issue, you may escalate through Telegram's dispute mechanisms.

Your Account

  • Your account is tied to your Telegram account.
  • You are responsible for any activity on your account.
  • You may not: cheat, exploit bugs, use automated tools or bots, reverse-engineer the game, or interfere with other players' experience.
  • We may take action against accounts that violate these terms, including rejecting scores, restricting features, or terminating access.

Leaderboards

  • Leaderboard rankings are based on gameplay performance.
  • We reserve the right to remove scores or reset rankings if we detect manipulation or unfair play.

Intellectual Property

All game content -- including code, artwork, characters, sounds, and designs -- is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the game.

Availability

  • We provide Snakey Launch "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • We may update, modify, or discontinue the game at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Disputes

For any issues, contact us via /paysupport first. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction specified in Telegram's Terms of Service.

General

  • These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Telegram's Terms of Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the game.
  • Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
  • We may assign our rights and obligations under these terms. You may not assign yours.
  • If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
